1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible to request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@cleonus.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that bank processing times can vary.

4. Shipping Costs

• Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement immediately.

• Change of Mind: For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized products or items that have been used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and function. Please reach out if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
